How does Editresse work?
Editresse offers a seamless, collaborative editing process to give you the best results. You send us your paper along with assignment instructions and areas of concern, and then we'll edit it according to your specifications. Plus, we'll send you periodic updates along the way so you can see your paper's progress and add additional comments as necessary. You'll be involved in every part of the revision process, so you'll know that your paper is as concise as can be.

What is "turnaround time"?
Turnaround time refers to the period of time between receipt of your paper and when it is completed and returned to you. A turnaround time of 72 hours or fewer is considered rushed delivery, which is why the price is slightly more than that of papers with a longer turnaround time. To ensure the most comprehensive service, we recommend purchasing an assignment no fewer than 48 hours before it is due.

Why are theses and dissertations more expensive?
Theses and dissertations, especially at the graduate level, are significantly more complex and detailed than other documents. Therefore, a higher pricing scale is used to account for the time required by our editors to fully edit and proofread your work.

When do I pay?
Payment is due when you submit your paper to Editresse. Because our services are collaborative, you needn't worry about receiving an edited paper with which you are dissatisfied. Accordingly, we request that our clients pay at the same time that they send their document.

How do I pay?
Editresse prefers PayPal because of its accessibility and ease of use for both domestic and international clients. Please contact us if you would like to pay via a method other than PayPal.

Do you offer discount pricing?
Our Semester Package lets you send 5 papers (of up to 20 pages apiece) for a flat rate of $125.00, a significant discount off the individual purchase price. We also offer discounts for returning customers, so be sure to come visit us again!

What will you look for in my paper?
We address the following issues when editing a paper: grammar; mechanics; diction (word choice); clarity; cohesiveness; flow (transitions, varied sentence structure, etc.); organization; and proper citations. In short, we will make your paper look and sound professional. Please note that the aforementioned list is by no means exhaustive; we always edit and proofread according to your individual specifications.

What don't you do with my paper?
Editresse does not offer fact-checking, plagiarism, or writing services. We will never insert or copy-and-paste unauthorized content; this includes pre-written material or writing attributed to someone else. The integrity of your paper's content is your responsibility.

What if I'm not satisfied with the way my paper looks?
That's why our editing process is so interactive. By seeing your paper every step of the way, you can offer input and recommendations as to what we should further change, rework, and replace. We want you to love your paper--it's yours. So please don't hesitate to offer feedback during the revision process; it helps us help you.

If I don't get an A/get into school/get published, can I get a refund?
We do our best to help you craft a grade-A paper; however, we cannot be held responsible if your submission does not follow assignment guidelines, contains false information, or is not up to your professor's standards. Put simply, refunds will not be given for circumstances beyond our control. If, at any time during the editing process, you are dissatisfied with our work, please let us know and we will be happy to discuss reimbursement options.
